What Do We Offer You?

At Jane’s Bond childcare, you receive excellent primary and secondary employment benefits.

Salary (Scale 6)

You receive an attractive salary in line with the childcare collective labour agreement (CAO), between €2,641 and €3,630 gross per month, depending on your education and work experience. You also receive 8% holiday allowance and an 8% year-end bonus.

Your Profile

A diploma (MBO3, MBO4 or HBO) in Pedagogical Work or Pedagogy.

Experience with babies and toddlers (ages 0–4).

Flexibly deployable, including evenings and weekends.

Strong communication skills in Dutch (level 3F).

Passion for childcare with the Reggio Emilia vision.

Willing to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
