As a student at Jane’s Bond, you work side by side with experienced pedagogical professionals. You are directly involved in the daily care and guidance of children aged 0 to 4 in a calm, nature-inspired environment.

You learn on the job: from setting up activities to supporting during mealtimes. Your schedule is fully adapted to your study timetable, so that your part-time job and studies fit together perfectly.

At Jane’s Bond childcare, you receive excellent primary and secondary employment benefits.

Good Salary

You receive a gross hourly wage of €16.86 to €23,18 (Scale 6, CAO Childcare), including 8% holiday pay and an 8% year-end bonus paid out directly. Holiday days are settled monthly in your salary.

HBO/WO Pedagogy, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum availability of 1 day per week.

Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual.

Strong communication skills in Dutch (level 3F).

Affinity with young children (ages 0–4).

Willing to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

At Jane’s Bond, you complete your internship in a warm, professional environment where your development is central. You work daily with children across various groups and age ranges, guide them in their growth, and learn to work according to the Reggio Emilia principle. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you gain valuable practical experience that directly aligns with your MBO programme.

Internship allowance

€450 per month based on 5 days per week

Your Profile (Internship)

MBO3 or MBO4 programme in Pedagogical Work.

Minimum availability of 2 days per week.

Enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual.

Strong communication skills in Dutch (level 3F).

Affinity with young children (ages 0–4).
